1. Who We Are

World Referral Network operates digital platforms, networking communities, subscriptions, events, and related tools. “You” means any user, member, subscriber, or visitor.

2. Use of Our Services

You agree to use WRN services lawfully, respectfully, and for their intended purpose. You may not misuse the platform, interfere with systems, scrape data, impersonate others, or submit false information.

3. Accounts & Access

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and login credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Content You Provide

You retain ownership of content you submit, but you grant WRN a non‑exclusive, royalty‑free license to use, display, and distribute it for platform and promotional purposes. You confirm you have the right to submit all content.

5. Intellectual Property

All WRN branding, systems, content, tools, and materials remain the property of World Referral Network unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, resell, or repurpose them without written permission.

6. Payments, Subscriptions & Credits

•       Fees are billed in advance.

•       Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.

•       Credits are non‑refundable and expire after 12 months.

•       No refunds for partial periods.

•       Terminated accounts for policy violations are not refunded.

7. Free Trials

Free trials convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends. Cancellation must be completed through your account or by email notice.

8. Cancellation

•       Monthly plans require at least 3 days’ notice.

•       Annual plans require at least 10 days’ notice.

•       Discounted plans may incur a cancellation fee equal to the discount received.

9. Events, Coaching & Networking

WRN provides tools, education, and networking—not legal, financial, or professional advice. Results vary and are not guaranteed.

10. Acceptable Conduct

No harassment, spam, abuse, hate speech, illegal activity, or misuse of community access. WRN may suspend or remove users at its discretion.

11. Third‑Party Tools & Links

WRN may integrate or link to third‑party services. We are not responsible for their content, performance, or policies.

12. Service Availability

Services are provided “as‑is” and may change, pause, or discontinue at any time without notice.

13. Limitation of Liability

WRN is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability will not exceed the amount you paid WRN in the last 12 months.

14. Indemnification

You agree to protect WRN from claims arising from your use of the platform, your content, or your violation of these terms.

15. Privacy & Data

Your use is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how data is collected and used.

16. Termination

WRN may suspend or terminate access at any time for violations or misuse.

17. Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Disputes may be resolved by binding arbitration at WRN’s discretion.

18. Updates

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use means acceptance of changes.

19. Market Partner Program

Market Partner participation is subject to additional eligibility, onboarding, and performance requirements. Participation does not guarantee revenue, leads, or results. Market Partners must actively engage in required training, onboarding, and implementation steps. Failure to follow required processes may void guarantees, refund eligibility, or continued participation.

20. Events & Live Programs

WRN events, workshops, intensives, and live programs are educational and networking experiences. Schedules, speakers, formats, and content may change without notice. Tickets and registrations are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise. Attendance and participation do not guarantee outcomes, referrals, revenue, or business success.

21. Guarantees & Performance Claims

Any WRN guarantees, including money-back or performance guarantees, are conditional. To qualify, participants must fully complete all required steps, training, implementation actions, and reporting obligations as specified in the applicable program documentation. Failure to complete required actions voids any guarantee. Guarantees apply only to the specific program stated and are not transferable.

22. Affiliate & Referral Programs

WRN may offer affiliate or referral programs that allow participants to earn commissions or rewards. Affiliate participation requires compliance with WRN marketing guidelines, ethical promotion standards, and applicable laws. WRN reserves the right to withhold or revoke commissions for fraudulent, misleading, or non-compliant activity. Affiliate relationships do not constitute employment or partnership.

23. No Partnership or Employment Relationship

Participation in WRN programs, including Market Partner, Affiliate, Ambassador, or Facilitator roles, does not create an employment, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship. Participants operate independently and are responsible for their own taxes, expenses, and compliance.

24. Community Standards & Brand Protection

WRN communities are built on professionalism, respect, and ethical conduct. WRN reserves the right to remove participants, content, or access that harms the community, brand, or member experience. Decisions related to brand protection are final.
